Parish Council  

The Council Structure is:
1. Fr Ray is the Pastor

2. President, VP, and Secretary are the executive committee. They develop the agenda and conduct the monthly meetings. The secretary records minutes. And the VP is responsible to recruit and train next years candidates for Parish Council. Their guide is Fr Ray, the Parish Foundation Document, and the five year plan.

3. There are five liaisons, one each for the standing committees: Worship, Social Evangilization, Faith Formation, Social Ministry and Service, and Administration. Within the five committees are the many working groups.

4. There are also two youth members. These are often confirmation class members and represent the voice of the Parish youth.

Deacon Guy and the Parish Staff also participate.

Mission Statement

We, the Parish Pastoral Council, are the leadership of St. Francis of Assisi Church, chosen by our fellow parishioners and called by our Lord to council ministry.

Our mission is to build up our parish community of faith based upon the Gospel.

In a spirit of prayer and service, we pledge to nuture a more responsive, responsible parish family and to provide informed visionary leadership in accordance with parish and church goals.
